some beauty reviews

ello beautiful people!

Today.. well its actually 8:30 where I live so tonight I thought I would write a review on some of the recent beauty items that I featured in my recent haul video, which you can view here.

First up we have the Rimmel London - Wake Me Up Foundation

 At first I didn't really like this foundation because it didn't seep or sink (if thats the right word) into my skin as well as I am used to foundations doing. I am coming from using Mac foundations so maybe this is why! But now I have used it everyday and I am really happy with it. I have got used to the smell and I am enjoying this product. It gives fairly good coverage, I think it would just depend on how much you apply- I apply more to the cheeks of my face because I have redness and scarring from bad pimples when I was younger. I also like it because it is the right colour for me. My Mac foundation is now slightly too dark for me so I won't be popping that one on unless I'm going out for the night :)

The next one is the Maybelline - Falsies Mascara
I really do not like this mascara at all. I don't like the plastic brush, I feel as though it is quite harsh on my eye lashes. As for the formula it's okay, nothing compared to the Mac mascara which I have now found myself running back to. I also discovered from trying out this mascara that I really don't like mascaras for length I like them for thickness.
( I'm so sorry I can't remember the beauty terms for these :\ )

I also find it very difficult to take off, I don't know why but it always feels like I've put on about ten more layers than I actually have and it just goes EVERYWHERE. It is crazy.
